Service Overview
The global population grows as does the number of vehicles on the road. This leads not only to an increase in air pollution, but especially to a parking problem: there is more demand than space available.
Add to this the fact that looking for a parking space is a major factor to traffic congestion and long queues of cars. Searching for car parking most of the time results in a huge waste of petrol and time for drivers.
The inefficiency and/or absence of parking management has highlighted the need to create a system capable of accommodating vehicles in an intelligent and functional way.
Our intelligent parking system (IPS) can automatically learn the location of all parking spaces, or alternatively, they can be drawn manually. Smart video sensors can identify and detect whether a parking space is occupied or available. In addition, depending on the installation height of the sensors, they can analyze up to more than 40 slots at the same time, or you can choose a specific area of the car park that you want to analyze via SmartEye Configurator.
All collected data, including counting free slots, is sent to our smart parking management system, which provides the information to drivers to reduce parking search time.
