Traffic Lights Optimization

Service Overview

After installing the sensor at certain points in the cities, this service is able to perform a real-time analysis of the distribution of vehicles at strategic points such as road intersections. Analysis can take place over the entire area that the sensor monitors or by drawing through SmartEye configurator a delimited area. Then, it adapts the traffic light cycle automatically as it is integrated with the control and regulation systems of traffic light systems. 

By determining the flow matrix, including the distribution and mean speed, the sensor is able to provide all the necessary data to make the traffic light cycle management optimal and thus reduce the waiting time of each route.

The provided open API is quick and easy to implement and can interface with any traffic light management platform.
